BRUSSELS (Belgium) Thursday 15th December 2011 – The EU Committee of the Regions has just received the keys of a 100% electric Nissan LEAF which will be used by the institution during VIP visits in Brussels and for general logistical purposes.

Russia, October 27, 2011 – A deal was finalized for AVTOVAZ's acquisition of 100% of the shares of “OAG” (“Obiedinaya avtomobilnaya groupa” : Joint Automobile Group). Cost of the deal: 1.7 billion rubles.

 The deal was made according to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding for the long-term development and modernization of IjAVTO, signed in the presence of Vladimir Poutine (Russian Prime Minister), Sergei Tchemezov (CEO of state corporation “Rostechnologii”), Igor Komarov (CEO of AVTOVAZ) and German Gref (CEO of « Sberbank »).
